Reporting an Issue
Reporting and communicating about issues with vehicles inside your fleet is easy with sureEcosystem FLEET. Issues can be reported two different ways.
You can report an issue directly from the dashboard screen in FLEET. After you have logged in to FLEET, you will see Reported Issues on the Dashboard screen.
Any current issues will appear here. If you select “Add”, you can enter the information for any new issue that needs to be reported. You can also edit a reported issue by selecting edit. From here you can see the details of the issue, create a work order to address the issue, or dismiss the issue.
A driver can also report an issue from the mobile app. Just select Report an Issue from the main menu. All issues reported via the mobile app will appear on the dashboard screen in sureEcosystem Fleet.
